      1. Inquiry: Send us 2-3 photos of the part with size reference and a sentence on the target (rework, modification, QA…) by e-mail or contact form. Quotation will follow within 24 hours – free of charge and without obligation.<\/li>\n
      2. Scan: <\/strong>You send in the component. For large or permanently installed parts, we come to you (DACH region). Capture with an accuracy of up to 0.02 mm. From here you can already receive mesh data.<\/li>\n
      3. Reverse engineering: <\/strong>We reconstruct the model in SolidWorks. No automated pipelines – manually controlled quality in every step.<\/li>\n

          Basically all rigid objects from a few millimetres to several meters. Highly reflective or transparent surfaces are difficult – matting sprays or alternative scanners solve this problem in most cases. Just ask us.<\/p>\n

          Phanos has helped us 3D scanning a medical sensor device for training purposes of which we only had a physical part. The master patterns were made by Phanos using a printing technique allowing for very smooth surfaces, ideally suited for serial replication with vacuum casting. This was also managed by Phanos.
