So you determine the approximate machine runtime and the internal effort with all the different parameters from material, surface requirements and the required precision. But you don’t get the order because your calculation was too imprecise. Unfortunately, the safety surcharge has killed the potential order. Or equally bad: your offer was too cheap and with the order you are loosing money.
